Cuddles & Snuggles Place guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable Disease
For a period of 10 days from the date of Sale.

This Puppy must be Vet. checked within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will cause this guarantee to become null and void.

If this puppy displays any indication of poor health within the period of this guarantee,
We must be contacted and if we feel it as necessary, the puppy must be brought back here or taken to our Veterinarian for any treatment. Failure to do so will cause this guarantee to become null and void.

This guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 7 days of purchase and or transfer of puppy.

The Provisions Of This Warranty Shall Be Interpreted And Construed In Accordance With Laws And Statues Of The State Of Iowa. The Venue For Any Litigation Concerning This Warranty Will Be Limited To Lee County, Iowa Under A Non-Jury Proceeding.
